Bakalářská práce na téma "Sociálněprávní aspekty vzdělávání jako odraz transformace společnosti" se zabývá tématem, které je stále aktuální - vzděláváním. Práce je vnitřně členěna do čtyř kapitol. Obsahem první kapitoly jsou základní směry ekonomické transformace u nás po roce 1989, k nimž náležely změny v ekonomice, v politické sféře, ve sféře sociální a ve sféře kulturní. Druhá kapitola se zabývá sociálními aspekty vzdělávání a jeho proměnami. Všímá si především vlivu rodiny, školy a skupiny vrstevníků na vzdělávání. Třetí kapitola je věnována právní úpravě vzdělávání u nás po roce 1989 a jejímu vývoji. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje doporučení na opatření v oblasti sociálních a právních aspektů vzdělávání, které by měly přispět ke kultivaci vzdělávání u nás.

The bachelor degree thesis on the topic "Social and Legal Aspects of Education as a Reflection of the Transformation of the Society" deals with a subject which is always relevant - that of the education. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the fundamental types of economic transformation in the country after 1989, consisting of changes in the economy, political sphere, social sphere, and cultural sphere. The second chapter deals with social aspects of education and transformations thereof. In particular, it concentrates on the influence of the family, school and persons of the same age on education. The third chapter is dedicated to legal regulations concerning education in this country after 1989 and the development thereof. The final chapter gives suggestions of some measures in the area of social and legal aspects of education that should promote the cultivation of education here.
