V mé bakalářské práci byly shrnuty teoretické závěry v oblasti školní šikany a popsáno pojednání o právních aspektech, které v současné době reguluje školní násilí ? šikanu. Mou snahou bylo analyzovat stávající literaturu zabývající se touto problematikou a při tom využít, aplikovat zkušenosti získané studiem této literatury, studiem oboru sociální pedagogika na vysoké škole se zkušenostmi získanými z praxe. Práci jsem zaměřil tak, aby budoucí čtenář dostal do rukou publikaci, ve které se dozví vše o právní regulaci týkající se šikany v oblastech trestního a občanského práva.

In my thesis theoretical conclusions were summarized in school bullying, and described a treatise on legal aspects, which currently regulates school violence - the harassment of bullying. My effort was to analyze the existing literature on the subject, while helpful to apply the experience gained studying this literature, studying the field of social pedagogy at university with experience gained from practice. I have focused the thesis so that the prospective reader gets into his hands a publication in which he gets the knowledge of all the legal regulation relating to bullying in the areas of criminal and civil law.
