Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zavádění Standardů kvality sociálních služeb a to v pečovatelské službě. Poukazuje na důležitost spolupráce při přípravě a procesu tvorby standardů s pracovníky, kteří poskytují přímou obslužnou péči. Zaměřuje se na popis pečovatelské služby a na vysvětlení Standardů kvality sociálních služeb jako měřítku kvality. Výsledky provedeného výzkumu svědčí o tom, že je důležitá spolupráce všech pracovníků v organizaci nejen při tvorbě, ale i při zavádění standardů v organizaci.
Závěr práce může posloužit vedoucím sociálním pracovníkům zařízení při zavádění standardů do praxe.

The thesis is concerned with the implementation of standards and quality of social services respectively in care services. It highlights the importance of cooperation during the preparation and production standards with workers who provide direct service care. The work focuses on the description of care services and an explanation of standards of quality social services such as quality scale. The results of carried out research shows that it is important that not only all workers should cooperate in the organization during the developing the standards but also during the implementation of standards into the organization.
The work conclusion can help leading social workers introduce standards into the practice.
