Danú tému som si vybrala najmä z dôvodu abstinencie prepojenia sveta univerzity a sveta firmy. V dnešnej dobe je nevyhnutné, aby tieto dva svety o sebe vedeli, aby vzájomne poznali svoje potreby a boli neustále v kontakte. Dobrou podmienkou, ako prepojiť tieto potreby je zavedenie riadených odborných stáží na univerzitách ako povinnú súčasť štúdia. V Českej republike takéto prepojenie chýba, a práve preto nastávajú situácie, kedy je veľa absolventov univerzít nezamestnaných, alebo nepracujú v obore, ktorý vyštudovali. V západnej Európe sú odborné stáže bežnou súčasťou štúdia. Všetky tri zúčastnené strany - univerzity, firmy, študenti - si tieto stáže pochvaľujú a sú s nimi spokojní, pretože sú pre nich prínosné.

I choose this topic mainly because of the lack of a connection between the University and the Company’s. Nowadays it’s a necessity for a connection between these two worlds allows them to know each other and their needs. Awareness on both parties on the information regarding specialist traineeship coming from the universities is lacking at the moment, so the establishment of a good intercommunication relationships would be invaluable to the students and the employees. A common result of this in Czech Republic for a lot of graduated students is they do not work in a field, which they have studied, or for some unfortunate unemployed is the outcome. Placement is a common constituent in many western countries. All parties involved, Universities, Students and Companies, benefit from the outcome of this system.
