V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na výkon trestu odsouzených žen s dětmi ve Věznici Světlá nad Sázavou.
V první části je nastíněna historie ženského vězeňství na našem území, jsou zde naznačeny metodické základy specializovaného zacházení. Práce je porovnává se způsobem výkonu tohoto druhu trestu v zahraničí. Druhá část specifikuje život matky s dítětem ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na specializovaném oddělení, podmínky oddělení, prostředí a vliv věznice na dítě. Závěrečná kapitola shrnuje dosavadní poznatky a zkušenosti z praktické realizace tohoto projektu.

My dissertecion is focused on penal confinement of mothers of children in Světlá nad Sázavou Prison.
The first part deals with the history of woman´s penal system in our territory, the part outlines methodical basis of the specialized treatment. These are compared to the ways of this kind of treatment in abroad. The second part of the dissertation, I specify the life of mother serving the sentence with her child in the specialised departament, the conditions there, the prison background and its impact on the child. The conclusion section sums up the present findings and experience with the praktical realization of the above mentioned project.
