Annotation Práce je zaměřena na stanovení vhodných pravidel chování pro žáky a učitele 1. ročníku základní školy. V úvodu popisuji cíl práce a problematiku výchovy v současném základním školstvím, které prochází první fází realizace reformy. Nejpodstatnější část práce tvoří reflexe na základě studia odborné literatury z oboru psychologie, pedagogiky a filosofie. Na základě tohoto studia stanovuji pravidla chování pro žáky i učitele 1. ročníku základní školy. Pravidla se snažím vyvozovat na základě modelových situací a vhodných reakcí učitele. V závěru upozorňuji na úskalí výchovy ve škole a na důležitost základu, se kterým děti do školy přicházejí z rodiny.
Annotation in English The work is focused on identification of suitable behaviour rules for pupils and teachers of 1st grade of elementary school. The introduction describes the goal of the work and the challenges of education at current elementary school system that is passing through the first phase of reform. The most essential part of the work is reflection based on the study of the literature on psychology, pedagogical science and the arts. On the basis of this study I stipulated the behavioural rules for pupils and teachers of 1st grade of elementary school. I have attempted to set such rules on the basis of model situations and adequate reactions of the teacher. In conclusion I emphasize challenges of school education and importance of the base brought by children from their families.
