Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem domácího násilí páchaného na dětech. Úvodní část obsahuje vymezení základní pojmů vztahujících se k dané problematice a konkrétními druhy domácího násilí na dětech. Druhá část je věnována rodině, společenské funkci, vývoji a statistickým údajům, včetně krátké interpretace trendů vývoje. V třetí kapitole věnované pachateli je popsána osobnost, terapeutické programy používané v zahraničí a konkrétní příklad postoje pachatele. Následuje kapitola věnovaná viktimologii, na kterou navazuje část věnovaná obětem, kde jsou uvedena statistická data, syndrom CAN, problematika sexuálního zneužívání dětí, tělesné tresty, děti jako zapomenuté oběti a cykličnost násilí. Závěrečná kapitola se věnuje mýtům které tento problém provázejí a přehled platné legislativy.

This thesis is dealing with the topic of domestic violence performed on children. The preamble part contains definition of basic terms connected with this topic and specific kinds of domestic violence. The second part is dedicated to the family, social function, development and statistic data, including a short interpretation of development trends. In the third chapter concentrated on the offender there is described the personality, therapeutic programmes used abroad and specific example of offender´s attitude. Then the chapter dedicated to victimology follows which is connected with the part about victims. The part about victims contains statistic data, CAN syndrom, problem of sexual abuse of children, corporal punishment, children as forgotten victims and cyclicality of violence. The final chapter is devoted to the myths which go together with this problem and also to the summary of valid legislation.
