Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou problematikou cizinců v České republice. Jedná se o shrnutí současných právních podmínek, za kterých mohou cizinci vstoupit a pobývat na území ČR. Nedílnou součástí je migrace cizinců do ČR a její negativní stránky, kterými jsou především nelegální přechody státních hranic a páchání různorodé trestné činnosti.
Další část se zaměřuje na integraci migrantů a jejich soužití v hostitelské zemi se všemi jejími pozitivními i negativními stránkami. Na toto téma navazuje rozsáhlá problematika migrační politiky v obecné rovině spolu s integrační politikou
Annotation in English
This bachelor’s thesis deals with current problems of foreigners in the Czech Republic. It is a summary of existing legal conditions, under which foreigners can enter and stay in the Czech Republic. An integral part of the thesis is immigration into the Czech Republic and the negative side of this immigration, especially illegal crossing of state borders and criminal activity.
Another part focuses on integration of immigrants and their coexistence in the host country, with all its positive and negative aspects. Closely related to this is the broad topic of immigration policy on a general level and the policy of integration within the Czech Republic on a more local level.
