Bakalářská práce pojednává o metodách výcviku asertivity. V první a druhé části jsem se zaměřil na popis jednotlivých metod výcviku a tréninku asertivního jednání. Podrobněji jsem popsal metodu Aktivního sociálního učení programového.
V závěrečné části jsem popsal uplatnění psychologických metod asertivity v praxi. Na základě předvýzkumné fáze výcviku asertivity jsem sestavil 10 praktických příkladů, na kterých jsem si ověřil, že metoda Aktivního sociálního učení programového je pro výcvik strážníků městských policií vhodná a účinná.

The bachelor essay dissertates asertive training methods. I focused on a description of particular asertive behaviour training methods in first two parts of this essay. The method of Active social program teaching I described detailed.
In the closing part I described the use of psychologic asertive methods in practice. On the basis of a pre-research asertivity training phase I compiled 10 practical examples. On these examples I attested, that the Active social program method of teaching is convenient and effective for metropolitan officers training.
