Při výběru zadání bakalářské práce mne napadlo propojit vzájemné prolínání hudebního a životního stylu mládeže s následným kriminálním chováním jedince, jehož důsledkem je v mnoha případech aplikace výkonu trestního opatření. Z tohoto důvodu jsem se rozhodl směřovat svou bakalářskou práci tímto směrem a dovodit, jak dalece dokáže zásah těchto dvou atributů ovlivnit chování jedince natolik, že je spáchán trestný čin.

While thinking of the topic of my baccalaureate dissertation I was struck by the idea of mutual intersection of music and lifestyle of the youths with subsequent criminal behaviour of an individual, the frequent consequences of which are executions of penal measures. By virtue of the hereinbefore-mentioned idea I decided to concentrate my baccalaureate dissertation on this topic and endeavoured to document to what extent these two attributes can influence the behaviour of an individual that he or she is capable to commit offence or crime.
