Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stále přetrvávající celospolečenský zdravotní problém, který vyžaduje nemalou pozornost. I přes některá zákonná opatření počet kouřících dětí neklesá, a snižuje se věková hranice pravidelných kuřáků.
V bakalářské práci se zpočátku zabývám historií, dále všeobecnou charakteristikou nebezpečné kuřácké závislosti a škodlivým vlivem na lidský organismus. V další části jsem nastínila nejčastější faktory, které ovlivňují děti k počátkům kuřáctví. V poslední části se věnuji primární prevenci a výchově, protože jen jednotným výchovným přístupem a soustavnou cílenou prevencí lze dosáhnout výrazného poklesu počtu dětských kuřáků.

This diploma thesis is aimed towards the permanent long-standing global problem of the society, which requires substantial attention. Although there are accepted all legal proceedings, the number of children smoking cigarettes does not decline and the age limit of the regular smokers lowers, at the same time.
In the beginning of my thesis I deal with the history, the general characteristics of dangerous tobacco addiction with a damaging influence en the human organism. In the next part I have outlined the most frequent factors which affect the children to start smoking. In the final part I pay attention to the primary prevention and education, because only by unitary education access and systematic targeted prevention it is possible a strong declination of children-smokers to be achieved.
