Tato práce se věnuje podmínkám pro výchovu dětí v neúplné rodině. Zabývá se příčinami rozpadu rodiny, způsoby porozvodového uspořádání s nezletilými dětmi a poukazuje na legislativu, která se týká této problematiky. Součástí práce je výzkum, kde jsou zjišťovány a srovnávány materiální podmínky dětí v úplných a neúplných rodinách.

The Bachelor work is devoted to conditions for children upbringing in an incomplete family. It deals with reasons of family break-up, ways of settlements after a divorce with underage children and points at legislation which is connected with this topic. This work includes my research where the material conditions of children in the incomplete families are investigated and lately compared with the conditions in the complete families.
