Autor se v bakalářské práci ''Šikana v dospělosti - mobbing a bossing‘‘ zaměřuje
na objasnění problematiky mobbingu či bossingu na pracovišti.
Dotazníkovou metodou se snaží zjistit postoj lidí k tomuto problému. Autor vycházel z dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi 137 respondenty. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zahrnuty v doporučení předcházení šikany na pracovišti.

The author of the thesis called ''Adult Age Chicane - Mobbing and Bossing‘‘ focuses on the clarification of the issue of mobbing or bossing in workplace.
He tries to find out people’s attitudes to this problem. The results are based
on a questionnaire which was filled by 137 informants. The results of the research are included in the recommendations to chicane prevention in workplace.
