Annotation	V této bakalářské práci je popsána problematika kriminality mládeže a její prevence. Ke zpracování teoretické části jsem čerpala z odborné literatury a zákonů, týkající se přímo této problematiky. V praktické části jsem porovnala kriminalitu mládeže Severomoravského kraje a České republiky.
Annotation in English	Problems with the juvenile delinquency and prevention are described in this bachelor’s graduation theses. In the theoretical part, I have gathered information from the specialized publications and the respecting laws. In the practical part, I have compared the juvenile delinquency from the Northern-Moravia region and from the whole Czech Republic.
