Téma mé bakalářské práce je ''Přestupkové řízení a výchovné aspekty k zákonům‘‘. V práci je popsána osobnost přestupkového pracovníka, jeho práce, systém řešení odhalených dopravních přestupků u Městské policie hl. m. Prahy, výchova a výchovné aspekty, patologické chování dětí a Mediační a probační služba. V poslední části práce se dozvíme o výchovných aspektech na cílené skupiny, kterou se zabývá prevence Městské policie hl. m. Prahy.
Práci přestupkového pracovníka jsem vykonávala pět let a je okrajově součástí mé práce do dnes a proto jsem si ji vybrala za téma bakalářské páce.

The theme of my bachelor thesis is ''Offence proceedings and educational aspects to the laws and codes‘‘. In my work I have described a personality of an offence Worker, his work, the system of solving revealed traffic offences by The City Police of the Capital of Prague, education and educational aspects, pathological behaviour of children and Media and Probation Service. In the last part of the work we learn of educational aspects of the target group which the Department of Prevention of the City Police of the Capital of Prague deals with.
I did the work of the offence Worker for five years and it is still marginally a part of my work and therefore I have chosen this as a theme of my bachelor thesis.
