Annotation Bakalářská práce pojednává o asertivitě a správně vedené komunikaci jako prostředku k řešení problémových a konfliktních případů. V první části se v obecné rovině věnuji asertivitě a komunikaci, v druhé části požadavkům k správně vedené komunikaci strážníka a jejímu využití v předcházení konfliktů. Praktickou část jsem zaměřil na nácviky aktivačních metod k asertivnímu chování a správně vedené (efektivní) komunikaci.
Annotation in English The thesis deals with the assertiveness and the appropriate communication as a mean for solving problematic and conflict cases. In the first part I concentrated on the assertiveness and the communication on the commnon level, in the second part on the appropriate communication led by a policeman and its using for prevention of conflicts. I specialized the practical part in practice of activity methods of assertive behaviour and right effective communication.
