The work interprets questions and the development of the suicide from the point of scientific literature. It analyzes the motives, the age-composition of population in relation to family; and underlines the necessity of prevention in the area of social services in cooperation with the crisis intervention, especially the support of individuals endangered by their suicidal behaviour.
