Šikana je jeden ze závažnách problémů na základních školách v České republice. Úkolem mé bakalářské práce v teoretické části je popis a prevence tohoto jevu
a v praktické části pak porovnání jednotlivých programů proti šikaně na konkrétních základních školách v mém regionu.
V teoretické části jsem v první kapitole definoval základní pojmy mého tématu-agresi, agresivitu, šikanu, oběť- trýznitele a popsal formy, zdroje, příčiny a projevy šikany. Druhá kapitola popisuje šikanu ve školním prostředí s výzkumy jejího výskytu. Třetí kapitola je věnována řešení šikany ve školním prostředí a zahrnuje všechny dotčené osoby. Čtvrtá kapitola nastiňuje prevenci a prostředky vedoucí k odhalení šikany, odpovědnost jednotlivých osob a právní aspekty šikany.
V praktické části porovnávám komparativní metodou kvalitu vyhotovených minimálních preventivních programů proti šikaně na třech základních školách v mém regionu. Výsledky jsou uvedeny ve shrnující části.
Annotation in English
Bullying is one of most serious problems at basic schools in the Czech Republic. This phenomenon and its prevention are dealt with in the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis, while the practical part compares individual bullying prevention programmes at particular basic schools in my region.
The first chapter of the practical part defines the essential terms of the topic - aggression, aggressiveness, bullying, victim, bully. It also describes forms, sources, causes and manifestation of bullying. The second chapter deals with occurrence of bullying in the school milieu. Possible solutions to the problem of bullying in the school environment and all persons concerned are described in the third chapter. The fourth chapter outlines prevention and methods of detection of bullying, as well as responsibility of individuals and legal aspects of bullying.
The practical part uses the comparative method to check the quality of Minimum bullying prevention programmes at three basic schools in my region. The results are presented in the summary of the bachelor thesis.
