V této práci se zabývám efektivností prosazování práv k duševnímu vlastnictví v současné společenské realitě. Uvádím základní pojmy a právní předpisy z oblasti práv k duševnímu vlastnictví. Vymezuji úlohu Celní správy České republiky v procesu prosazování těchto práv. V závěru popisuji současnou společensko realitu v dané oblasti a navrhuji řešení problémů.

My undergraduate work deals with the effectiveness of law enforcement in the intellectual property area of the contemporary social reality. First, some fundamental intellectual property notions and legislation are shown. The role of the Czech customs administration in the law enforcement process in the area is also outlined. In the final part of the work, the contemporary social reality is described and some solutions of area's problems are proposed.
