V této práci jsem se zaměřila na pachatele trestných činů, kterými byly děti a mladiství. Pokusila jsem se vysvětlit pojmy týkající se delikvence dětí a mládeže, objasnit příčiny a podmínky páchání trestné činnosti dětmi a mladistvými. Uvedla jsem pro názornost statistiky Policie ČR a také kazuistiku obsahující konkrétní případy trestné činnosti, které se dopustily děti a mladiství. Dále jsem se v jedné z kapitol věnovala specifikům v trestním řízení s mladistvými, historickému vývoji kriminality dětí a mládeže v ČR, trestům a opatřením, které soudy pro mládež ukládají mladistvým pachatelům. Nezapomněla jsem také na prevenci, která hraje jednu z nejdůležitějších rolí v boji s dětskou kriminalitou.

In this work I intented on crime offenders, which was children and juvenile. I tried to clarify cause and conditions of crimes commition by children and juvenile. To give a better picture of the topics I added the Czech police statistics of these crimes and also symplex including some concrete cases of crimes commited by children and juveniles. The work also mentiones specifics of juvenile trials, gives historical view on children and juvenile criminality in the Czech republic and punishments and measures, which juvenile judgement attempts juvenile offenders. I didn’t forget some prevention too, which has got one of the most important part in the contention with the children criminality.
