ABSTRAKT
Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Využití strategické analýzy k řešení inflace a energetické krize ve společnosti ArcelorMittal v Jihoafrické republice" si klade za cíl řešit problém inflace a energetické krize pomocí strategické analýzy. Využití strategické analýzy pomohlo vypracovat ArcelorMittal v době inflace a energetické krize. Vzhledem k tomu, že strategická analýza identifikuje problémy a řeší je, aplikace strategické analýzy na inflaci a energetickou krizi, ArcelorMittal ponořil inflaci a energetickou krizi. Faktory strategické analýzy použité v této práci zahrnují finanční analýzu, makroekonomické faktory, Porterových pět sil, Balanced scorecard a SWOT analýzu. Po odvolání strategické analýzy doporučuji, aby ArcelorMittal zřídil své energetické zdroje a fungoval efektivně.

ABSTRACT
The goal of this thesis, "The Use of Strategic Analysis to Solve the Inflation and Energy Crisis at ArcelorMittal in South Africa," is to apply strategic analysis to address both the energy and inflation issues. Inflation and the energy crisis aided in the development of ArcelorMittal through the application of strategic analysis. The application of strategic analysis to the energy crisis and inflation by ArcelorMittal was possible since the discipline recognizes and addresses issues. Porter's five forces, financial analysis, macroeconomic considerations, balanced scorecard, and SWOT analysis are some of the strategic analytical tools that this thesis uses. I advise ArcelorMittal to create its energy resources and run effectively after reviewing the strategic analysis.
