V diplomové práci se zaobírám problematikou sociálních vztahů a komunikace. Důležitá je zmínka o osobnosti a jejích sociálních interakcích, pozitivně laděném pracovním klimatu. V oblasti realizace porad na rozličných úrovních z pohledu vedoucího pracovníka Vězeňské služby České republiky objasňuji vztahy partnerství mezi managementem a pracovníky.
Průzkumné šetření mé práce se zabývá specifickou, velmi aktuální oblastí sociálních vztahů mezi zaměstnanci Vězeňské služby ČR, úspěšností a efektivností při aplikování poznatků do každodenních činností.

My Diploma Work deals with the social relations and communication issues. The important part is the one referring to the personality and its social interactions, a positively tempered working climate. From the point of view of a managerial position at The Prison Service of the Czech Republic, I herein clarify the partnership between the management and the staff in the field of realization of meetings at various levels.
My research work deals with a specific and particularly topical field of the social relationship between the employees of The Prison Service of the Czech Republic, successfulness and efficiency of the knowledge application to everyday activities.
