V teoretické části práce jsem objasnila pojem projektové vyučování. Věnuji se jeho historii i současnosti a pedagogickým aspektům, aktivizujícím metodám a formám práce využívaným v projektovém vyučování. Podstatná je kapitola o utváření zdravého životního stylu, problematika ''zdraví‘‘ a ''školy podporující zdraví‘‘. Cílem je postihnout projektové vyučování a zdraví na školách a předložit objektivní informace týkající se této problematiky.
Praktická část navazuje na teoretická východiska. Uvádím mnou vypracovaný roční tematický plán pro 1 - 5 ročník základní školy v oblasti Člověk a jeho svět. Popisuji konkrétní projekty ''Pyramida zdravé výživy‘‘ a ''Žijeme zdravě‘‘ realizované s žáky Základní školy Kounov. Cílem praktické části je prokázat účinnost projektového vyučování a možnost jeho využití ve výuce.

The concept of project teaching has been explained in the theoretical part of my work. This part deals with its history, as well as the present status, pedagogical aspects, activation methods and techniques used in the project teaching. The essential chapter is the one concerning the formation of a healthy life style, the ‘‘health‘‘ and ‘‘health supporting schools‘‘ issues. The aim is to handle the project teaching and health at schools and to present objective information on this problem.
The practical part follows up the theoretical grounds. It contains the annual thematic programme, elaborated by myself, for the 1st to 5th primary school grades in the field called A Human and the Human’s World. I described the particular projects ‘‘Healthy nourishment pyramid‘‘ and ‘‘Healthy living‘‘ which had been implemented together with the pupils of the primary school in Kounov. The aim of the practical part is to prove the efficiency of the project teaching and its applicability to lessons.
