Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou agrese a diváckého násilí v souvislosti s fotbalovými zápasy. Práce přibližuje divácké násilí v historických a teoretických souvislostech, zabývá se modely zvládání diváckého násilí v zahraničí a také právními aspekty této problematiky. Součásti práce je i praktická část s výzkumem. Cílem práce je popsat tento sociálně-patologický jev od jeho vzniku do současnosti a analyzovat jeho skutečný stav v hledištích českých fotbalových stadionů.

The diploma thesis concerns the issue of aggression and spectators' violence related to a football matches. The work shows spectators' violence in historical and theoretical context, it concerns the patterns of managing this problem abroad as well as the legal aspects of this issue. There is also a practical part and research attached to my work. The main goal of my essay is to describe this socially-pathological phenomenom from its origin up-to-date and analyze its real state on the tribunes of our football stadiums.
