Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma '' Prostituce jako sociální problém‘‘ zabírající se prostitucí ve všech jejích formách. Jedná se o sociálně patologický jev, který je velmi složitý a dynamický. Účelem je vystižení problematiky v podmínkách České republiky.
Cílem práce bylo poukázat na problémy, které prostituce přináší. Autorovou snahou bylo i nastínění možného řešení tohoto fenoménu jak z hlediska právního, zdravotního tak i sociálního.

This graduation thesis is focused on the issue: "Prostitution as a social problem". I tried to deal with prostitution and to discuss it in all its modalities. This social and pathological phenomenon is very complex and dynamic. The purpose of my graduation thesis is to describe the problem of prostitution in the conditions reigning in the Czech Republic.
The goal of my thesis was to show the difficulties that prostitution brings.
The authors' effort was especially to adumbrate a possible solution of this phenomenon from the legal, as well as the health and social point of view.
