Tato diplomová práce se věnuje oblasti pracovních vztahů v souvislosti se zaměřením na interpersonální konflikty mezi zaměstnanci, které vznikají při každodenním kontaktu osob na pracovišti. V rámci výzkumu je provedeno porovnání této oblasti pracovních vztahů mezi soukromou a státní sférou. V teoretické části si čtenář může vybrat ze široké nabídky témat souvisejících s pracovní sférou, jako například struktury a typy organizací, zaměstnanecká politika, druhy interpersonálních konfliktů, sociálně psychologické aspekty pracovního prostředí apod.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the issue of employee relations with a particular focus on interpersonal conflicts caused by the everyday contact among the employees. Within the research part of the thesis a comparison of the employee relations between private and public domain is provided. The theoretical part contains a wide offer of topics related to the working environment such as structures and types of organizations, employment policies, types of interpersonal conflicts, social-psychological aspects of the working environment, etc.
