Práce postihuje problematiku dětských práv, jejich realizaci, naplňování a dodržování v ČR. Vycházím z historie lidských práv, z mezinárodních i vnitrostátních právních dokumentů, ze zpráv vládních i nevládních organizací a ze sociálních průzkumů zabývajících se touto problematikou.
Předně se zabývám současným stavem právního vědomí dětí, respektive české společnosti, týkající se práv dětí. Dále vzděláváním, informovaností, osvětovou činností a nápravou nedostatků v oblasti práv dítěte.

This thesis deals with question of contemporaneous education of children in human rights.
I describe current posture of law-cognizance of the Czech children, respective Czech society, respecting the rights of children. The aim of my work is also both observance and implementation of children’s rights and also education and enlightenment’s activities. I take next into consideration of improvement of deficiencies connected with children’s rights.
