V diplomové práci se zabývám rizikovými faktory xenofobie a rasismu a jejich prevencí v procesu výchovy. Cílem diplomové práce je poukázat na rizika v dnešní multikulturní společnosti, ve které se setkáváme s různými kulturami a etniky. Tyto rizika se projevují jednak neporozuměním a xenofobií, ale také stupňujícím se otevřeným násilím proti všemu cizímu. V samotné práci, která je rozdělena na několik částí se zabývám problematikou rasismu, xenofobie, antisemitismu a extremismu, úkoly ve vzdělávání, které směřují proti těmto rizikovým faktorům a také otázkami migrace a postavení národnostních menšin v české společnosti.
V rámci zpracování diplomového projektu na určeném souboru byla uskutečněna praxe pod supervizí s cílem připravit ucelené zkoumání jednotlivých skupin policistů na Střední policejní škole MV Praha a Střední policejní škole MV Holešov se zaměřením na zjištění jejich postojů k dané problematice a zajištění mechanismů snižující riziko zaměstnávání příslušníků s xenofobní hodnotovou orientací u Policie ČR a navrhnout opatření k zjištění a eliminaci těchto postojů.

In my diploma thesis I explore the risk factors of xenophobia and racism and their prevention during the educational process. The aim of my diploma thesis was to express dangers in today’s multicultural society, in which we encounter various cultures and ethnic entities. These risks manifest themselves not only through the lack of understanding and xenophobia but also through the continually increasing open violence against all foreign subjects. I my diploma thesis, which was divided into several sections, I explore the questions of racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, extremism and special educational measures that can prevent the risk factors from developing, as well as the questions of migration and situation of national minorities within the Czech society.
In the framework of the diploma project covering the given group the supervised field study was executed. The main objective was to prepare materials used for studying individual groups of police officers at the Police Secondary School with the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic in Prague and the Police Secondary School with the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic in Holešov. The main objective was to explore attitudes of the police people towards the given problems and suggest mechanisms that can reduce the possibility to employ the police force members having xenophobic value orientation by the Czech police department and to present suggestions on how such attitudes can be eliminated.
