Diplomová práce je věnována problematice realizace náhradní rodinné péče. Stručně charakterizuje ústavní výchovu, jako jednu z forem náhradní výchovné péče. Podrobně popisuje nejčastější formy náhradní rodinné péče, přibližuje složitý proces zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče, včetně úkolů jednotlivých orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany. Součástí diplomové práce je průzkum, ve kterém jsem se zabývala vlivem odborné přípravy budoucích osvojitelů a pěstounů na jejich požadavky na dítě.

Diploma thesis is focused on problems with the implementation of substitute family care. The institutional upbringing is characterized briefly as one of the forms of substitute educational care. The most frequent forms of substitute family care are described in detail and a complicated process of implementation of substitute family care is revealed, including the roles of particular authorities providing the social and legal protection. A part of the diploma thesis is a research in which I dealt with an influence of special preparation of future adoptive and foster parents upon their demands on the child.
