Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části autor popisuje jednu z profesních činností personalisty - teoretické základy sociální komunikace, souvislosti a faktory ovlivňující její proces, podstatu a zvláštnosti některých forem sociální komunikace. Důraz je položen na otázky sociální interakce, sociální percepce, sebepoznání, naslouchání, asertivity, forem rozhovoru, pozorování a signálů neverbální komunikace.
Praktická část se věnuje průzkumu komunikačních dovedností na vybraném souboru osob uchazečů/zaměstnanců do pracovního a služebního poměru hlásících se k ozbrojenému sboru - Věznice Vinařice. V závěru jsou interpretovány výsledky šetření a porovnány se stanovenými hypotézami této práce.
Personalista musí umět skloubit lidské potřeby s potřebami organizace při příjmu nových zaměstnanců. Jeden z prostředků, které využívá, je komunikace - umění hovořit jeden s druhým, říkat jasně to, co cítíme nebo myslíme, naslouchat tomu, co říká ten druhý, a ujišťovat se, že jsme slyšeli správně. To je schopnost, která je důležitá pro vytvoření a uchování harmonických vztahů mezi lidmi při praktickém využití znalostí integrační funkce sociální pedagogiky.
Annotation in English
The thesis is structured into two parts. In the theoretical part the author describes one of the professional activities of a personnel officer - the theoretical principles of social communication, relationships and factors influencing its process, principles and particularity of some of forms of the social communication. Emphasis is put on issues of social interaction, social perception, self-realization, listening, assertiveness, forms of conversation, observation and signals of non-verbal communication.
The practical part deals with the survey of communication skills accomplished with the selected group of employees and applicants for working and service employment at the armed corps at the prison Vinařice. Findings are interpreted in the end of the thesis and compared with specified hypothesis.
When engaging a new employee the personnel officer has to know how to join human needs with needs of the organization. One of the means, which he/she uses is communication - the art to talk each other, to say what what we feel or thing, to say it clearly, to listen what the other person says and to be sure that we listen correctly. That is the capability, which is important for creation and maintenance of harmonic relations among people while using practical knowledge of integrating function of the social pedagogy.
