Tato práce se zabývá zjištěním, jaká byla v určeném časovém horizontu tendence vývoje celkové kriminality spáchané mladistvými pachateli v regionu Tábor, jakou mírou se na této kriminalitě podílela kriminalita spáchaná pod vlivem drogy nebo v období abstinence při drogové závislosti a jakou měla tato kriminalita tendenci. Současně poukazuji na drogové závislosti a kriminalitu mládeže jako celospolečensky závažné problémy, jejichž řešení v regionu Tábor spočívá v primární prevenci po linii školství, která je doplněna sekundární a terciální prevencí prostřednictvím nestátních neziskových organizaci.

This work deals with a trend of the overall criminality, committed by juvenile delinquents, in the Tabor region and in the specified period. This work shows how the crimes, committed by juvenile persons under the influence of drugs or in the period of drug - addiction abstinence, take a share in the overall criminality and shows the tendency of these crimes. Concurrently, this work points out that the addiction to drugs and juvenile delinquency are serious social problems. In the Tabor area, these problems are solvedt by a primary prevention in schools along with a secondary and tertiary prevention made by non - governmental and not - profitable institutions.
