Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou léčby sexuálních deviantů započatou již ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Popisuje projevy sexuálního chování, zabývá se tím, jaké chování je ještě normální, jaké je již projevem deviace. Vyjmenovává druhy deviací. Zabývá se mravnostními delikty, diagnostikou, recidivou a léčbou. Zaměřuje se na práci specializovaného oddělení sexuálních deviantů ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Věnuje se vzniku oddělení, personálnímu obsazení, programu zacházení. V průzkumné části zjišťuje vliv lokálního prostředí, rodiny, vzdělání, sociálního klimatu, zaměstnání, umístění ve specializovaném oddělení pro sexuální devianty na postoje a náhled jedince na vlastní sexuální deviaci. Vytvořen profil sexuálního devianta. V závěru uvedeny 4 kasuistiky odsouzených sexuálních deviantů, vykonávajících trest ve specializovaném oddělení.

Bachelor’s diploma is concerned with the event of curing of sexual deviant which has been started already at the time execution of sentence confinement. It is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes manifestations of sexual behavior, it says, which behavior is normal and which is manifestation of deviation. I enumerate all kinds of deviations. The second chapter talks about the access to the solution of certain problem. I concerned with the immoral offence, cure, therapeutic experience and recidivism. In the third chapter I focus on the research of specialized department of sexual deviants being in execution of sentence confinement. I pay attention to the inception of department, personal fitting and program of treating. In the last chapter I appreciate the going and effects of curing sexual deviation in Prison Service. On the bases of all results I illustrate small recidivism of sexual criminal offence by the convicted who went through the specialized department.
