Annotation Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout řešení ''Jak nepodléhat negativním vlivům na vychovatele v souvislosti s přímým kontaktem s vězněnou osobou‘‘. Teoretická část se, jak je obvyklé, věnuje teoretickým východiskům. Jsou v ní kapitoly zabývající se specifiky prostředí vězeňství, pracovní funkcí vychovatele, jeho úkoly a povinnostmi. Další obsáhlá kapitola shrnuje obecné poznatky o negativní zátěži na vychovatele a jejími důsledky. Výzkumná část obsahuje informace, které jsme získali na základě výzkumu strukturovaným rozhovorem. Poté byla data zpracována a byly z nich vyvozeny závěry.
Annotation in English The aim of this baccalaureate work is make suggestions '' How do not yield to negative influences on educatïonalist in connection with direkt contact with convict person‘‘ The thoeretical part is devoted, as usual, the theoretical points. In this part there are chapters concerning specifics of prisons, activity of educationalists, their tasks and duties. Next large chapter sums up general knowledge about negative tendencies (influence) on educationalists with their consequences. The results part contains information, which we get from structured dialogue. Afterwards, we processed the data and the conclusions were drawn from.
