Tato práce se ve zkratce zabývá sociálně patologickým jevem, a to problémem prostituce, zejména historií prostituce, charakteristikou, jejími právními aspekty a kriminalizovaným jednáním se zaměřením na prostituující mládež. Nahlíží na sociální příčiny, které vedou k provozování prostituce a k trestnímu jednání souvisejícímu s prostitucí tzv. mravnostní kriminalitou a kriminalitou bezprostředně související s prostitucí. V neposlední řadě nastiňuje možnosti řešení tohoto problému v rámci represe státu nebo prevence státu s důrazem na činnost kurátorů pro mládež, sociálních asistentů, terénní sociální práci streetworkera s prostituující mládeží, rizikovou mládeží.

This work in shortcut is interested in social morbid appearance, the problem is prostitution, especially history of prostitution, characterization, it‘s law aspect and criminal act with focus on young people prostitution. It thinks on social causes, which leads to prosecution prostitution and penal act reladed with socalled moral criminality and criminality immediatly reladed with prostitution. At least it tells possibilities treatment of this problem within repression of state or prevention of state with an emphasis on trustee activity for teen-agers, social assistant, field social streetworker with young people prostitution and risk young people.
