Bakalářská práce seznamuje se vzděláváním dospělých v oblasti sociální a zdravotní. Zaměřuje se především na pracovníky těchto služeb, pečující o klienty (pacienty) v jejich sociálním prostředí. Kapitoly obsahují informace z andragogiky, didaktiky, motivaci a historii o vývoji pomoci lidem. Dále zde lze najít aktuální informace o možnosti vzdělání pečovatelek v rekvalifikačním kurzu a specializačním studiu pro zdravotní sestry. V práci je podrobněji zmiňován nový Zákon 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách a Standardy kvality sociálních služeb.

My baccalaureate work inform about the education of adults in the social and health area. This work first of all surveys on workers of these services, what take care of clients (patients) in their social environment. Chapters include information from andragogic, didactics, motivation and antecedent about the assist in people development. Here it is also possible to find much actual information about possibilities of the education for home-nurses in requalifying course and specialism studio for nurses. In this my work I allude in more detail new Testament 108/2006 Sb., about social services and Standards of the social services qualities.
