Práce je zaměřena na problematiku nezaměstnanosti absolventů škol. Absolventi jsou výrazně ohroženi nezaměstnaností, protože vstupují na trh práce bez praktických zkušeností a zaměstnavatelé je nechtějí zaměstnat. Práce popisuje nejčastější problémy absolventů na trhu práce a také programy, které by měli pomoci podporovat zaměstnanost mladých lidí. Střední školy by měli dávat svým studentům více informací o vývojových trendech na trhu práce. Autorka se věnuje vzdělání, jako jednomu možnému východisku, pro lepší uplatnitelnost na trhu práce.
Annotation in English
This work is focused on questions of unemployment of school-leavers. School-leavers are expressively endangering by unemployment, because they come up the employment market without practise experience and employers don´t want to give work to them. This work describes the most common problems regarding school-leavers and programmes which help to support young people. Secondary school should give more information to their students about evolutionary trends on the employment market. The author pays attention to education as one of possible resorts that may bring better assertion on the employment market.
