Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kriminalitou národnostních menšin, zejména nejpočetnější minority - romské. Je členěna do čtyř kapitol. V první je věnována pozornost charakteristice a zastoupení národnostních menšin v ČR a v kutnohorském regionu, ve druhé pak kriminalitě jak celkové, tak kriminalitě spáchané cizinci. Třetí kapitola se zabývá pomáhajícími organizacemi a to státními, a i neziskovými. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou nastíněny návrhy řešení. Poukazuje na nutnost zabývat se otázkami národnostních menšin nejen na regionální úrovni, ale i na úrovni celonárodní. Zároveň zdůrazňuje důležitost a nutnost multikulturální výchovy.

This thesis deals with minority erime, especially the crime committed by the largest minority - the Romany minority. It is divided into four parts. The first part is focused on characteristics of individual minorities and their numbers in the Czech Republic and in the Kutná Hora region. The second chapter deals with overall crime as well as crime commited by foreigners. National and non-profit-making organizations are covered in the third part. In the fourt part of this thesis there are some possible solutions suggested by the author. It refers to the necessity of dealing with minority problems in individual regions as well as in the whole country and it also emphasises the importance of multicultural education.
