Bakalářská práce se zabývá poruchami osobnosti, jako možnými příčinami kriminálního jednání. Z tohoto vyplývá, že kriminální jednání jedinců není způsobeno pouze poruchami osobnosti. Na kriminalitu působí také ekonomická situace jedince, sociální situace a mnohé další. Autorka však chtěla hlouběji proniknout do příčin způsobených právě poruchami chování.
V bakalářské práci autorka seznámila s dělením poruch osobností, s tím, že některé nejsou pro společnost nebezpečné vůbec, ale díky jiným lidé postiženi touto poruchou, páchají ty nejhorší a nejbrutálnější zločiny. Dále nastínila vznik těchto poruch, penitenciární jednání s takto postiženými jedinci a možnost jejich resocializace.

The work focuses on the relationship between crime and personality disorder.
The first part of the work describes in details the issue of personality disorder itself and its classification. It shows here the specification of concrete desorders with the outline of their possible influence in the field of prediction of criminal behaviour. The work solves also the question of the reasons of apparition of personality disorders depending on the educational steps, that each individual had to pass through, and on the birth dispositions, where is the link to the possible future resocialisation specialisation. Part of the work is also about the criminal questions, where this subject is linked in fact to the personality of the offender and to its characteristics. We look one again for the relationship between the commission of crimes and the apparition of personality disorder as a factor predertermining the criminal behaviour.
Part of the work is also about the penal effect in the field of resocialisation, where are outlined the possibilities of effective work with the convicts, who show the personality disorder. The work is illustrated by case reports.
