Ve své práci jsem se zabýval problematikou organizovaného zločinu. Jeho charakteristikou, kriminogeními faktory na území České republiky. Vývojem organizované trestné činnosti cizinců v oblasti drog a také současným stavem organizovaného zločinu. Další část své bakalářské práce jsem věnoval problematice vietnamského a romského etnika ve vztahu k drogám. Stručnému popisu jejich působení na území České republiky, jejich postupné profilace v oblasti drogové kriminality a specifik v páchání drogové kriminality. Zároveň jsem se snažil popsat problémy a možnosti v odhalování drogové kriminality Vietnamců a Rómů ze strany policie České republiky.

In my bachelor thesis I addressed the problem of organized crime, its characteristics, criminological factors in the territory of the Czech Republic, trends of organized crime by foreigners in the drug-sphere and also the present state of organized crime. In the next part of this bachelor thesis was devoted to problems of Vietnamese and Roma ethnic minorities related to drugs, a brief description of their activities in The Czech territory, their gradual profiling and specifics of committing drug criminality. Simultaneously, I tried to describe problems and possibilities of Vietnamese and Roma drug-crime detection by Czech police.
