Annotation V této práci jsem nastínila problém domácího násilí před a po nabytí účinnosti zákona číslo 135/2006 Sb., kterým se mění některé zákony v oblastech ochrany před domácím násilím. Tento zákon nabyl účinnosti dne 1. ledna 2007. Poukázán je zde také vznik a činnost specializované skupiny na problematiku domácího násilí v Brně, která plní úkoly Policie České republiky na úseku odhalování trestné činnosti a přestupků, které mají znaky domácího násilí .
Annotation in English In this work, I have outlined a problem of home violence before and after the Act no. 135/2006 Sb. came into force. This Act changes some laws in the area of Protection against Home Violence. The Act came into force on January 1st 2007. The origin and operation of a group specialized in problems of home violence is also referred. This group, based in Brno, fulfils the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in the area of detection of crime and offence showing signs of home violence.

V této práci jsem nastínila problém domácího násilí před a po nabytí účinnosti zákona číslo 135/2006 Sb., kterým se mění některé zákony v oblastech ochrany před domácím násilím. Tento zákon nabyl účinnosti dne 1. ledna 2007.
