Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou domácího násilí a jeho možným řešením. V první části jsem popsal základní funkce rodiny a možné rizikové faktory, které mohou mít vliv na počátek domácího násilí. Dále jsem rozčlenil jednotlivé druhy domácího násilí. Samostatná kapitola je věnována změnám v právním systému, které pomohou obětem domácího násilí.
Na základě předchozích zjištění lze konstatovat, že i přes stoupající počty obětí domácího násilí se situace z trestního hlediska zkvalitnila, ale stále zde chybí větší počet terapeutických programů pro rodiny, které by mohly výrazně přispět ke zlepšení situace.

My Diploma Work deals with problem of domestic violence and its possible solutions. The first part focuses on basic functions of the family and possible risk factors which might influence the outset of domestic violence. Then follows the classification of various kinds of domestic violence. Another chapter deals with the changes in our legal system that can help the victims of domestic violence. Then follows a safety plan which a person exposed to domestic violence should know, and possible institutions/places the victim should contact in case of domestic assault.
On the basis of previous findings we can say that in spite of increasing numbers of victims of domestic violence, the situation has improved in terms of legal assistance. However, there is still a lack of a larger numer of therapeutic programmes for famillies which could significantly help to make the situation better.
