Tato práce je zaměřena na popis nezaměstnanosti jako současného tíživého sociálního jevu, který má dopady nejen na jednotlivce, ale i pro společnost. V úvodní části se zabývá významem práce v životě člověka a vymezuje pojem nezaměstnaný. Následuje kapitola, která věnuje pozornost následkům způsobených nezaměstnaností. Způsob jakým nezaměstnanost ovlivňuje život jedinců i celé rodiny a jaké životní strategie nezaměstnaní v obtížné životní situaci volí. Poslední kapitola se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti v České republice a ohroženými skupinami nezaměstnaných. Možnost řešení nezaměstnanosti především aktivní politikou vlády a snahou každého jednotlivce na zvyšování své kvalifikace.

This baccalaureate thesis is direct towards describes unployment as currently weight the social phenomen that has incidence not only for an individual but also for the society. In the opening part concerns with meaning of work in the life of man and difine the concept of unployment. The following chapter devote to pay attention of consequences bring about the unployment. The metod what the unployment influences not just the life of men but also the whole families and what the unployment choose the life strategy in the trouble of life situation. The last chapter of the thesis is interested in the problem of unployment in Czech republic and the groups threaten with unployment. Possibility solution of unployment first of active policy of the govertment and the efford of every individual is enhanced qualifications.
