Teoretická část má dvě kapitoly. První objasňuje úmluvu a základní termíny, obsah. Dále je o historii a základních principech úmluvy - o největších zájmech dítěte. Druhá kapitola je o aplikaci a plnění úmluvy o dodržování práv v ČR.
V praktické části je proveden výzkum formou dotazníku.

Theoretical part have two chapters. First chapter is expleining the Agreement, fundamental terms, content, history and principles of Agreement - about the bigest interests of children. Second chapter is about application and observe of the Agreement in Czech republic.
In pracitical part I was conducting investigation into pipils of II. stage primary school in Pohořelice (questionnaire).
