Annotation Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na okruh problémů týkající se recidivy kriminality v souvislosti s pácháním trestné činnosti. Práce popisuje pojem a význam recidivy, její kontrolu, příčiny a podmínky kriminality, trest a jeho účel, prevenci kriminality a přístupy k řešení trestné činnosti v České republice.
Annotation in English This bachelor work is intent on the area of problems referring to the recurrence of criminality in connection with the perpetration of crime. The work describes a concept and meaning of the recurrence, its checking, causes and conditions of criminality, a punishment and its purpose, crime prevention and approaches to solve crime in the Czech Republic.
