Annotation	Práce se zabývá motivací studentů pro výběr studia a následného povolání policisty. Poukazuje na jednotlivé vlivy, které působí rozhodujícím faktorem na studenty. Zabývá se výhodami a nevýhodami studia na policejních školách a posléze ukazuje náhled na policejní profesní růst. Práce se též věnuje vlivům různých aktivit ve školním prostředí, které ovlivňují směřování policistů v jejich profesní kariéře.
Annotation in English	The thesis drala nith motivation of studying and than worling as a policeman. There are pointed some influences which are importatfor deciding - to become or not to become a policeman. Thesis also drala with advantages and disadvantages of studies at police schools, it presents a view to a professional growth, so as to a varions activities dutiny studies at the school environemeth, wchich close to growing a career.
