Tato práce se zabývá problematikou drog v silničním provozu - jak drogy ovlivňují psychické i fyzické schopnosti řidiče, jaké jsou právní aspekty užití drog při řízení motorových vozidel a jaké sankce hrozí řidiči, který řídí pod vlivem drog.
V mé práci také zmiňuji souvislosti mezi drogovou závislostí a kriminalitou s následnými opatřeními ve formě léčby a prevence.
Práce poskytuje nejen teoretický pohled na problematiku drog za volantem, ale zabývá se i konkrétní situací v městě Brně.
V rámci bakalářské práce bylo provedeno u řidičů města Brna dotazníkové šetření, které mělo přinést informace o počtu řidičů, kteří řídí pod vlivem drog a o názorech uživatelů drog.
Výsledky, které práce přinesla, jsou z hlediska bezpečnosti v silničním provozu spíše pesimistické. Policisté se na silnicích často setkávají s ignorací právních předpisů, norem a s agresivitou řidičů, která v kombinaci s drogami znamená velké nebezpečí pro všechny ostatní účastníky silničního provozu.

This work deals with drugs in traffic operations - how drugs influence psychological as well as physiological skills of a driver, what are the legal aspects of using drugs and driving at the same time and what sanctions the driver has to face if he/she is driving under the influence of drugs.
Also in my work I show the relation between drug addiction and criminality with consequential action in form of cure and prevention.
The work does not only cover the whole problematic area of drugs in traffic operations but also concerns the situation in the city of Brno.
The aim of this questionnaire was to put together information of the number of drivers who drive under the influence of drugs and about the ideas of drug users.
The results that the work brought are from a view of the security on the roads more pessimistic than optimistic. The policemen very often meet with ignorance of law regulations, orders and also with aggressiveness of drivers that together with drugs mean a significant threat for other participants of the road traffic.
