Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na osobu vedoucího pracovníka.
V první části je řešena otázka prestiže vedoucího pracovníka. Jedná se o vymezení definice prestiže, struktury prestiže. Druhá část je zaměřena na styl vedení lidí. Jsou zde uvedeny některé teorie, které se zabývají problematikou stylu vedení lidí. Třetí část se zabývá osobou vedoucího pracovníka. Jak se vlastně vymezuje funkce vedoucího pracovníka, co je její náplní. Je zde rozvedeno, jak by se měl vedoucí pracovník chovat a co vše by měl v tomto postavení splňovat. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na rozvoj osobnosti vedoucího pracovníka, jehož součástí je metoda aktivního sociálního učení.

This dissertation is focused on a prestige of a senior executive (executive director). It specifies the definition of prestige, the structure of prestige. The second part concentrates on the style of people managing . It quotes some theories which deal with the problems of people managing. The third part is focused on a personage of a senior executive (executive director). What actually defines the position of a senior executive (executive director), what it consists of. It holds on how this personage should comport, what qualification such position requires. The final part is concerned with the professional development of the executive director which consists, among others, of the method of active social learning.
