Annotation Cílem bakalářské práce bylo co nejblíže popsat chemické složení vína, jeho autenticitu a označování a v neposlední řadě také metody analýzy pro autentifikaci vín. Vinařských ob-lastí s různorodým složením půdy je velké množství, a proto je tolik druhů vín specifických chutí a vůní. I z těchto slov vyplývá, že je důležité si chránit jejich známky na trhu a umět potvrdit jejich autenticitu.
Annotation in English The aim of this bachelor?s thesis is to, as clearly as possible, describe the chemical structure of wine and labeling and perform an authenticity and an authentication analysis of wine. There are a lot of specific winery domains with different soil composition. That is the reason we have so many different wines with specific tastes and smells. Based on those words we can say that to protect a trade name on a market is very important. It is important to protect the authenticity of wine.
