Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá násilím na stadionech v souvislosti s konáním sportovních, především fotbalových, utkání, postavením diváckého násilí ve společnosti, jeho hlavními příčinami a formami jednání. Snaží se popsat jeho skutečný stav u nás, a pokouší se v souvislostech dnešní doby o nalézání možných způsobů jeho řešení.
Bakalářská práce je členěna do devíti kapitol. V první kapitole je vysvětleno obecně násilí na stadionech, jeho formy a charakteristiky. Druhá kapitola se zabývá počátky a vývojem diváckého násilí v Anglii a Evropě. Třetí kapitola pojednává o vzniku a vývoji diváckého násilí v České republice a hodnocením české chuligánské scény. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou popsány osoby, které se dopouštějí fotbalového chuligánství, jejich věkové složení, sociální postavení, zaměstnanost a také vzdělání. Pátá kapitola pojednává o příčinách diváckého násilí ve společnosti a šestá kapitola o průvodních jevech diváckého násilí, především o rasismu. V sedmé kapitole nalezneme legislativní rámec řešení diváckého násilí v České republice. Osmá kapitola se zabývá analýzou diváckého násilí ze strany bezpečnostních složek, především prací policie a jejími postupy. Devátá, závěrečná část, pojednává o celkovém řešení diváckého násilí z pohledu represivního a preventivního přístupu, a snaží se o nalézání správného řešení diváckého násilí jako nežádoucího jevu ve společnosti. Důraz je kladen nejvíce na preventivní programy a projekty s fanoušky, které bezprostředně souvisejí nejen s dostatečnou nabídkou volnočasových aktivit, ale hlavně s dobrou výchovou v rodině a ve škole v případě těch nejmladších, potencionálních fotbalových chuligánů.

This bachelor paper deals with the violence at stadiums in context of sport actions- especially football matches, the position of violence caused by the spectators in the society, its main reasons and forms of acting. It tries to describe its real state in our country and it also tries to find some possible ways of solving the violence in the consequences of the present times.
The bachelor paper is devided into nine chapters. In the first chatper the violence at stadiums is explained generally together with its forms and characteristics. The second chapter deals with the beginnings and the development of the spectators´ violence in England and in Europe. The third chapter deals with the origine and development of the spectators´violence in the Czech Republic and with the comments on the Czech hooligan scene. The fourth chapter tries to described the types of people who commit the football hooliganism , their age , social position, employment and education. The fifth chapter focuses on the reasons of the spectators´violence in the society, and the sixth chapter focuses on the collateral effects of the spectators´violence especially on rasism. In the seventh chapter a legislative frame of solving the violence in the Czech Republic can be found. The eighth chapter analyses the spectators´violence form the point of view of the security organs , above all the work of the police and its procedures. The ninth chapter deals with the general solution of the spectators´violence from the point of view of the repressive and the preventive attitudes, and it tries to find the correct solution of this kind of violence as an unadvisable effect in the society.
The emphasis is put on the programmes of prevention and the projects with fans which relates immediately not only with the satisfactory offer of free time activities but mainly with good education in families and at schools in the cases of the youngest, potentional football hooligans.
