Tato práce na téma ''Vliv médií na děti a mládež‘‘ se pokouší nalézt odpověď na otázky zda a v jaké míře ovlivňují média názory a hlavně chování dětí a mládeže v souvislosti se zobrazováním agrese, násilí, případně pornografie a jiných negativních jevů. V úvodu práce jsou charakterizovány a vysvětleny základní pojmy se kterými se budeme v práci setkávat. Dále je práce detailněji zaměřena na vliv elektronických médií a samostatně na vliv internetu na děti a mládež. Poslední kapitola rozebírá možnou náplň volnočasových aktivit za vzájemné spoluúčasti rodiny, školy a mimoškolních institucí při utváření a náplni těchto aktivit. Právě tato spolupráce se ukazuje jako správná cesta při řešení uvedených problémů. Práce je určena pro studenty oborů pedagogika, psychologie, sociologie, rodiče, učitele, výchovné pracovníky a všechny ty, kterým není život našich dětí a mládeže lhostejný.

This thesis ''The Influence of the media on children and youth‘‘ is trying to find an answer to the question whether and to what extent do the media influence opinions and in particular behaviour of children and young people in connection with aggression, violence, eventually pornography and other negative phenomena presented in media. In the introduction of this thesis there is some basic terminology being characterised and explained. Further on, this paper focuses on the influence of electronic media, especially the internet. The last chapter deals with the possible contents of the free - time activites in mutual cooperation of the family, school and also the extracurricular institutions in the course af suggesting and creating this contents. It is this cooperation that proves to be the right way to solving the mentioned problems. This final paper is determined for students of pedagogy, psychology and sociology, for parents, teachers and pedagogical advisors and also for all those who are not negligent to the life of our children and young people.
